Do you accept long-term care insurance?
Yes — we work with most major long-term care insurance carriers and handle direct billing where possible. Our in-house team will review your policy at no charge before you commit to any services.
How fast can a caregiver start?
Most NYC families are matched with a caregiver within 24–48 hours of approval. For urgent post-hospital situations, we can sometimes start same-day, depending on borough and service type.
How are caregivers screened?
Every aide is a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or licensed nurse. We perform criminal background checks, reference verification, and skills assessments. All caregivers are supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN).
Do you offer Medicaid-funded care (CDPAP)?
